1. Purpose
These terms set out the conditions for using the TOY CRANE game and related websites (the “Service”) provided by GOGOCOM (“we”), and the rights and duties of us and our users.
2. Using the Service
The Service is free to use; some digital goods (coin packs, passes) are paid. You can play as a guest or link a Google or email account. Guest progress is stored only on that device and may not be recoverable if you change devices or delete the app.
3. Virtual items
Coins, prizes, claws and other in-game items are licences usable only within the Service. They cannot be exchanged for cash or sold to others. We may adjust how items are earned, their prices and their performance to keep the game balanced.
4. Purchases and refunds
Payments and refunds follow the policies of the payment platform (Google Play or our web payment provider). Items already used and passes already started may not be refundable to the extent permitted by law.
5. Prohibited conduct
You must not exploit bugs or use unauthorised programs, use another person’s account, manipulate rankings, use offensive nicknames or disrupt the Service. We may restrict accounts or remove records for violations.
6. Advertising
The Service may show third-party ads such as Google AdMob and Google AdSense. Advertisers are responsible for their ads and the products or services they promote.
7. Changes and interruptions
We may change the Service to improve it, and it may be interrupted for maintenance or outages. If we end the Service, we will announce it in the game or on this website 30 days in advance.
8. Disclaimer
We are not liable for damage caused by events beyond our control, your device or network, or your own negligence. For free services our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
