Is TOY CRANE free?
Yes, it is free to play. Coins refill over time and you also earn them from level bonuses, the piggy bank and ads. Coin packs and Unlimited Coin passes are available for players who want to go faster.
Where can I play?
On PC, iPhone and iPad, play instantly in the browser at play.toy-crane.com with no install. On Android, use the Google Play app (launching soon).
Are the results decided by odds?
No. TOY CRANE never hands out prizes by a fixed probability. The claw and plushies move with a physics engine, so the result depends on where and how you grab.
A prize is stuck on the chute lip.
Use the No-Open item to press the part resting on the lip. See the guide “Prizes stuck on the chute” for details.
Will I lose my progress?
Sign in with Google or email in Settings (⚙) and your progress is saved to the server so you can continue on another device. As a guest, progress stays on that device only.
How do I change my nickname?
Set the name shown in rankings in Settings. Names are 2–12 characters and must be unique. The first name is free to set; after a change you can’t change it again for 30 days.
When do seasons change?
A new season starts on the 1st of each month (Korea time). The season champion is recorded in the Hall of Fame.
I paid but didn’t get my coins.
After paying, a “confirming payment” window appears and the items are granted automatically once confirmed. Make sure you are signed in; if it still fails, send us the time of purchase via Contact in the in-game mailbox.
How do I delete my account?
Settings (⚙) ▸ Account ▸ Delete account erases your account and all records immediately. See the Privacy Policy for details.
